Sentimentality
This is the first picture we ever put on Save the Lisa Foundation. We were born July 9th, 2009 and that was when Lucas and I were still in high school. We had a lot more time for it then. Now, we’re in college and trying to get our adult lived started. I just want to say that now when I search “Lisa Ruocco” on Tumblr or Google or any other place, there are people defending her and loving her, rather than hating her like it use to be. I want to say thank you to every single follower who spread the message, to every single follower who came out to show in Denver and weren’t afraid to meet us and say to their friends, “Yeah, I like these girls, they’re with STL. Oh, you don’t know what that is? Maybe you should look it up!” I’m sorry that I haven’t been on as much to update the page, but thank you to those who have stuck around when we weren’t on for months. We still remember the password! I promise! Thank you to the concerned followers who took the time to emails us and everything. This page has grown more over the passed two years than I can say. It has spawned other Lisa Ruocco fan sites and has given Lucas and I a lot of opportunities in our music scene. Lucas isn’t here with me right now, but I know that she’d want to thank you all just the same. Thank you for all the pictures you’ve sent us, the feedback, the likes, the reblogs, and just standing with us. Warped Tour is coming up soon and I know Lucas and I will have something STL related on the shirts that we’re making this year. If you guys want to or happen to do anything ATLG related with your wardrobe take a picture and send it in. We’re always happy to know that there are people spreading the word. We know there have been some rumors about a lot of things going on, but we’re not going to touch those. Things happen, people grow and change, and sometimes, what you do doesn’t depend on you, it depends on the other person. With that being said, thank you for sticking with us through all the bullshit, as well! Just - thank you.
This page may spark a lot of hate mail, but it will not under any circumstances be tolerated. We started this page originally because there was way too much Lisa hate in the world and we had to put an end to it. "Save The Lisa Foundation" is sort of a joke, like she's an endangered species. We had old banners that said, "She's the only one Alex has." And she is. We should appreciate her and the rest of the ATL girls. They deserve it. The three of us thinks so anyhow. There are a lot of Lisa Lovers following this tumblr page now, so I think it's safe to say: WE LOVE ATLG's! This is now going to be used to express our love and appreciation toward the ATLGirls and in some small cases a slightly questionable secret or two. You can send in all your questions, comments, or (I don't really care about your) concerns (if they're bitchy and mean) to mae_marie2010@yahoo.com. I will accept all, but the harsh/crude/mean ones will be deleted and no one will ever know what you said. But I think you should feel a little ashamed for hating on someone you don't know.
